Liwei Auto Successfully Dispatches First batch of Aerial Work Vehicles with Drilling Rod to The Gambia

December 21 – Two innovative aerial work vehicles with integrated drilling rod function, produced by Liwei Auto, completed factory inspections and were officially dispatched to the port for export to The Gambia, a West African nation. This equipment will be directly applied to the installation and maintenance of local infrastructure such as power and communication networks.
The exported model is Liwei's latest specialized vehicle, featuring a maximum working height of 16 meters. It innovatively integrates an aerial work platform with a hydraulic drilling rod system. This design allows the vehicle to switch between personnel lifting and drilling operations, significantly improving construction efficiency and safety in scenarios like utility pole installation and signal tower erection. The vehicles have been specifically reinforced for sealing and heat dissipation to suit The Gambia's hot, humid, and dusty environment.
