On September 22nd, Hubei Liwei Automobile Co., Ltd. successfully delivered nine specialized flammable liquid tanker trucks. These vehicles feature a 4×4 all-wheel-drive system and are powered by a Eurocopter 2.5T diesel engine, combining off-road capability with the safety requirements for hazardous goods transport.

This batch of vehicles will be used for flammable liquid transport tasks under special road conditions, filling a market gap for operations in complex terrain where traditional transport vehicles cannot easily operate.

Core Configurations Highlight Professional Performance

The delivered trucks feature a single-row cabin design, with a 3110mm wheelbase, a 158-horsepower Eurocopter diesel engine, and a manual transmission. The vehicle's suspension system adopts a combination of front double wishbones and rear leaf springs, balancing load capacity and comfort.

Regarding safety features, the vehicles are equipped with advanced functions including an Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) system, ESP (Electronic Stability Program), and automatic unlocking upon collision. The 7-inch color instrument cluster includes a Brake Override System (BOS) to ensure driving safety.

The tank body has a volume of 1.38 cubic meters and is manufactured from 3.5mm thick 304 stainless steel, known for its strong corrosion resistance. The top is equipped with a filler inlet, a stainless steel safety valve, and a rupture disc, while the bottom features a manually operated DN80 stainless steel bottom valve.

A copper core pump installed in the front equipment compartment enables rapid loading and unloading functions. The entire vehicle is manufactured in accordance with hazardous goods transport standards, ensuring safety and reliability during the flammable liquid transportation process.
